Refund & Exchange Policy

At Thakurayin Lifestyle Private Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We offer exchanges for eligible products and refunds only in the case of defective products, provided proper proof is submitted as outlined below.

  1. Exchange Eligibility
    • Exchanges are only possible for products of equal or higher value.
    • If the exchange item is of a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference as well as all applicable shipping charges.
    • Exchanges must be requested within 2–5 days of delivery.
  2. Damaged, Defective, or Refund-Eligible Items
    • Refunds are only given if the product is defective and the defect is proven with clear unboxing evidence.
    • Proof must include:
    • Unboxing video starting from the sealed package before opening.
    • Clear photographs showing the condition of the product and packaging.
    • Proof must be provided on the same day of delivery.
    • Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the defect is confirmed after reviewing the provided evidence.
    • Without proper unboxing proof, no refunds or exchanges will be granted for damaged/defective products.
  3. Handmade Product Policy
    • Many of our products are handwoven by skilled weavers and artists.
    • Due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship, minor variations, irregularities, or discrepancies in weave, color, or finish are natural and reflect the human touch behind each creation.
    • These characteristics make each product unique and will not be considered defects.
    • Such handmade products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

    Non-Refundable Cases:

    • No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, or courier delays.
    • Exchanges or refunds (for defects) will only be processed after the original product is returned in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
