    • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.
    • You will receive an order confirmation email with details and an estimated delivery timeline.
    • For changes to your order or address, contact us immediately. Once shipped, modifications are not possible.
  3. Shipping Methods & Timelines

    Domestic (India):

    • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (availability depends on serviceability)
    • Same/Next-Day Delivery: Available in select regions

    International:

    • Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 5–14 business days (availability depends on our delivery partner and the destination country)

    Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by weather, customs, or other unforeseen events.

  4. Shipping Fees
    • Product prices are inclusive of tax.
    • Delivery charges may be either included in the product price or added at checkout.
    • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

    • If tracking is not received or updates are unclear, contact our support team.
  6. Customs & International Deliveries

    • We are not responsible for customs-related delays or non-payment issues.
    • If a shipment is refused due to customs charges or non-payment, we may refund the order minus shipping and handling fees, subject to product return in resalable condition.
  7. Delivery Issues
    • Missing Packages: If marked as delivered but not received, first contact the shipping carrier, then inform us so we can assist.
    • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Notify us within 3–7 days of delivery, with photo/video proof, as per our Refund & Exchange Policy.
